BASIC FUNCTION The Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training programs for JAVS employees and clients. This position is responsible for ensuring that all staff are well-versed in our AV technology, as well as providing comprehensive training to our customers to maximize their understanding and effective use of our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for education and technology.   ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Director of Manufacturing Supervises: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.   SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Training Development:
  • Design and create training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and training programs tailored to various audiences.
Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on demonstrations of AV technology and equipment.
Assessment and Feedback:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback.
  • Continuously improve training content and methods based on evaluation results and industry trends.
Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Organize and manage training schedules, ensuring availability of resources and instructors.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue selection, equipment setup, and materials preparation.
Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and clients post-training, addressing any questions or challenges related to AV technology.
  • Assist with technical issues that may arise during training sessions.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports on training activities and suggest improvements to management.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure alignment of training materials with current products and services.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

  EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in training coordination or instructional design, particularly in technology-related fields.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with audio and video technology is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.

BASIC FUNCTION Assemble finished products using sub-assemblies, printed circuits, sheet metal and other parts and fasteners. Help in maintaining inventory stock levels and fulfilling orders. Assist in the packaging of products for shipping.   SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain inventory
  • Generate licenses via proprietary software
  • Building and deploying PC’s
  • Installation of Hardware
  • Installing additional software and firmware
  • Assemble JAVS products
  • Assemble and integrate 3rd party products
  • Hardware component upgrades and replacements
  • Assemble, check functionality, and enclose printed circuit boards
  • Image PC’s accordingly to JAVS Specs
  • Assists Manufacturing Manager in validating the BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • Collaborate with engineers and/or product management during the design phase to gain an understanding of the product.
  • Must have basic knowledge PC components and their purpose
  • Must have basic tool knowledge
  • Check functionality of computers and other products as given.
  • Frequently check e-mail and voicemail, responding in a timely manner
  • Documenting issues, procedures etc.
  • Maintain testing standards and processes.
  • Ensure good communication with superiors, especially regarding significant issues and events
  • Maintain a helpful and friendly working relationship with users.
  • Responds promptly to operational errors reported by users.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • College and or Technical School experience is helpful
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Must have hand tool experience
  • PCB Soldering would be beneficial
  • Knowledgeable in Windows Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a personable customer service demeanor.

BASIC FUNCTION The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is a key central figure within the sales function responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development as well as consistent upselling/cross-selling and growth within this base. RSM will aggressively drive new opportunities throughout the entire region using creative messaging approaches in coordination with JAVS corporate marketing efforts. RSM will routinely measure competitive landscape and communicate with the Director of Sales and leadership accordingly.   ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
  • Reports to: Director of Sales

  SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • New Business Development; Cultivate and increase JAVS market share throughout identified regional responsibility.
  • Maximize customer penetration through use of prospecting, presentation, selling, closing, follow up and account development skills.
  • Forecast sales volumes, profit margins, and net profit and achieve clearly defined, mutually agreed upon revenue/gross profit targets; Produce sales trend reports and other analysis for leadership review via NetSuite.
  • Accurately analyze and assess statistical data on an on-going basis that impact the industry and competitive approaches.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet organizational deadlines.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry-specific workshops, both internal and external; reviewing professional publications; established and maintaining professional networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art best practices.
  • Develop and continuously evaluate/adjust promotional and advertising activities in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Travel up to 60% for on-site projects involving both pre and post selling activities; in combination with JAVS support teams, both pre-sale and post-sales projects; to include installation and some select service meetings.
  • Support new hire sales training regimen; potentially mentor new RSM’s.
  • Attend regional and national industry conferences representing JAVS solutions.
  • NetSuite content management; report development for team and sales leadership.

  • 7-10 years selling experience at manager/senior levels. Strong negotiating skills and ability to close; Consultative approach
  • Technology or related industry preferred, ideally managing a complex, lengthy sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated success a must with sales production measured against an established quota; performance metrics will be requested.
  • Experience managing technology utilization (demo) and trouble-shooting in the field.
  • Experience using CRM packages (Salesforce/NetSuite)
