Position Description

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) for consideration. The International Systems Engineer position is a unique opportunity to work around the world, leveraging your skills and expertise to support the international sales organization. The position offers continued technical and account management growth within a multicultural and multilingual environment. You will be challenged with the responsibility of owning all of the technical aspects of sales support and the technical pre-sales well-being of the customer and integrator. You will constantly communicate with sales to jointly deploy a winning strategy and meet revenue goals. You will be the technical lead for all sales opportunities in the international territory. 50% travel required. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Support the sales team during the sales cycle • Develop and support customer relationships • Architect solutions with the current product portfolio • Prepare and deliver technical presentations • Document customer requirements • Interface with development teams with customer requirements • Develop and deliver responses to RFPs • Prepare quotes • Architect and deliver PoCs (Proof of Concepts) • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations • Participate in events and seminars Qualifications: • AV Expertise with a minimum of 5 years of field experience • Experience in architecting, deploying, and supporting AV Solutions • Ability to read/create line schematics of solutions • AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification • Experience in computer networking • Minimum of 5 years in sales support • Experience preparing and delivering technical training • Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) mandatory If you are a motivated individual with a passion for audiovisual technology and a desire to work in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
