Preventative Maintenance Program
Keep your systems up to date with preventative maintenance checks from certified JAVS technicians. This is our most affordable level of service and is offered with any JAVS equipment. Offered with a one-year agreement, this plan can be renewed as needed to fit your specific needs.
What's Included
- Unlimited access to JAVS Helpdesk phoneline
- Unlimited remote support with JAVS Helpdesk
- Two on-site preventative maintenance checks per year
- Routine clean-up of equipment and casing
- Examine all connections and terminations and repair as needed
- Adjust public address and assistive listening systems as needed
- Create test recordings to confirm accuracy of systems
Classic Coverage
Let us take care of all your JAVS systems…for life. The Classic Coverage plan offers you on-site service for all JAVS equipment regardless of age. With this program, we offer extended warranty services for any JAVS products that have been installed in the past five years!* We will even continue to service and repair any systems older than five years to ensure your products receive the appropriate attention and fixes.*
The Classic Coverage plan comes with a minimum one-year agreement, but can adjusted allowing you to choose the length of coverage that works best for you.

- Extended warranty on all JAVS equipment that has been installed**
- Repair services are provided at no labor cost*
- Two on-site preventative maintenance checks per year
