JAVS Named ‘Best Place to Work’ for second year

Louisville, KY (January 26, 2017) – For the second year in a row, Justice AV Solutions has
been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky. The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce
and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) made the
announcement Tuesday.

“This award is very special, because we’re judged in part by responses submitted by our staff.
We’re glad to know our team believes we’re doing something right,” President and CEO Andrew
Green said.

Employees of each nominated company completed a survey, administered by Best Companies
Group, that measures engagement and satisfaction. The answers make up a large part of the
judging criteria. Employer benefits and policies are also a consideration. The information
collected is used to produce a detailed set of data that allows the analysts from Best Companies
Group, the research firm that manages that program, to determine the strengths and
opportunities of the participating companies. The workplaces are then ranked based on that

To be eligible for the designation, companies must have a facility in the state of Kentucky,
employ a minimum of 15 associates in Kentucky, and can be either publicly or privately held,
and for-profit or a non-profit business.

The awards dinner recognizing the winners and announcing official rankings will be held on April
26, 2017, in Lexington.
