JAVS’ case logging operates like an interactive table of contents – making retrieval and transcription fast and easy. Simply choose from a pre-loaded menu of standard proceedings, and it’s practically automatic.

JAVS AutoLog™ 6.0 creates a log of events with hyperlinks to the audio/video files for each case. Each event in the courtroom is digitally time-stamped, so it’s easy to access and use the files. All events are stored in an OBDC-compliant database.

Two or more users on different PCs can create their own log of events for each case. The log can classify conversations as public or private. All private conversations are automatically withheld from public copies of the official record.

Now JAVS CaseScheduler 2.0 allows you to schedule the caseload of each courtroom from a single location.
