The clerk easily initiates the job using JAVS CasePublisher™ and directs the attorney to the Clerks Office, where an automatically-prepared disc is waiting. The office may charge a fee, creating new revenue for the court.

Now you can add JAVS CaseServer™ to your courthouse network and watch efficiency soar. Share case information among multiple courtrooms. Create cases for the entire courthouse from one location on the network. Track all case participants across the courthouse.

Approved users anywhere on the network can use JAVS CaseFinder™ to connect to the files on the server – much like using a Web site. The user can search the case database by case number, courtroom, date or any specific case information, such as judge, witness, attorney and more. The user can view the audio/video files – or even publish the files to a local CD/DVD burner.
